No Return & No Refund Policy
All sales and services provided by Legacy Lawn & Snow are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once service has been completed or scheduled.
By booking a service or completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- All payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made before service is scheduled or dispatched to be considered for a credit at management’s discretion.
- Once our crew arrives at the property or service begins, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Weather conditions, acts of nature, and changing snow accumulation amounts do not qualify for refunds.
- No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction not reported at the time of service completion.
If you experience an issue with service quality, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the concern. Any adjustments or corrections are handled at the discretion of Legacy Lawn & Snow.
