Terms of service
Terms of Service
By purchasing, scheduling, or receiving any service from Legacy Lawn & Snow, you agree to the following Terms of Service in full.
Services
We provide seasonal services including snow plowing, snow relocation, walkway clearing, optional salt application, lawn care, and property maintenance. Services may be one-time, per-visit, monthly, seasonal, or custom quoted.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once service is scheduled or performed. Cancellations must be made before dispatch to be considered for a credit at management’s discretion. No refunds are issued for weather changes, partial service due to blocked access, or customer dissatisfaction after completion.
Access & Property Conditions
Customer must provide clear access to all service areas and remove vehicles, obstacles, and hazards when possible. If access is blocked, service may be limited or skipped with no refund.
Driveway Markers & Hidden Hazards
Customer is responsible for marking driveway edges, curbs, retaining walls, landscaping, and any hidden obstacles. Legacy Lawn & Snow is not responsible for any damage caused by unmarked or hidden hazards.
Vehicle Disclaimer
If vehicles are parked in the driveway, we are not responsible for snow left near vehicles or for any scratches, dents, or contact caused by limited clearance.
Snow Placement
Snow will be placed according to customer instructions when provided. If no instructions are given, snow will be placed in the safest and most practical location at the operator’s discretion.
Weather & Storm Conditions
Service times are affected by storm severity, road conditions, and route volume. Arrival times are not guaranteed during active storms.
Photo Documentation
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control, documentation, and dispute resolution.
